Ryobi Ink Volume Setter (IVS) used to come boxed with the software CD-ROM and a number of printed instruction books (on right side of attached photo). Some of these books were also in PDF format on the CD-ROM, unfortunately not the Network Setup GUIDE.
Stay with the Ryobi there are a lot more of them out there and the Hamada is a piece of crap. They tried to copy the GTO and failed miserably at it. It has trouble feeding any paper curl up and the curl up wont register very well. It does a terrible job on solids as well. Also you have to pack the plates as well unless you run a perma pac. Ryobl wont allow you color bars doing two up or 11x17 ...

Ryobi is backwards on their thinking. They say a 3.5 mil stripe to the plate and a 3 mil stripe to the oscillator. Should be reverse I always did about 3 mil to the plate an about 3,5 to the oscillator. You dont want the plate driving the form roller. The roller train should be driving the form roller.
