The giant gingerbread house at the Grand America in downtown Salt Lake is one of Utah's signature holiday sights. The moment you walk into the hotel, the holidays hit you. And the 13-foot-wide, 12-foot-tall gingerbread creation towering in the hallway steals the show. Every inch is edible.
